Jack Black, a perennial favorite among Gen Y, especially the boys, returns to the big screen this weekend in his latest comedy "Nacho Libre." The movie has all of the makings to be a big time hit for Paramount and here's why. The director of "Nacho" was also the director for Gen Y cult hit "Napoleon Dynamite," which seemingly airs on HBO almost as much as I go the bathroom (I drink my required eight glasses a day, which makes my wife happy). Also, let's not forget Black's last foray "School of Rock" was a breakout hit in theaters and then on DVD. Although USA Today's movie critic said the plot was rather weak, I don't think it will really matter. Summer is here, and being that Gen Y is perpetually chill, sitting back and laughing for an hour and a half has the makings of broad appeal among many moviegoers. Oh, and in case you were wondering about the plot...Black is raised in a Mexican orphanage and ends up being a monk in training. He works as a cook at the orphanage although his fare leaves much to be desired. In order to dish out some tastier options he needs money to go and buy better ingredients, so he moonlights as a professional wrestler and falls in love with a nun. I smell a hit.
